Now Stealth — Hiring the Founding Team

Build the perception layer
for physical space

We are early, technical, and deliberately small. The people who join now will shape the architecture, not inherit it.

What we're building. iMasiv builds real-time spatial intelligence for physical operations — turning multi-camera and on-robot sensor streams into a live, queryable 3D model of a space, running on NVIDIA edge compute with TensorRT foundation models. We are in stealth, targeting our first deployment in 2026. The full product and architecture are shared under NDA once we're talking.

How to apply. Email us your CV with a short note — no forms, no portal, no tracking number. Every Apply button below opens a draft with the few things we actually want to know. It goes straight to the founder, and we read everything.

Fractional CTO

REMOTE-FRIENDLY / SF BAY AREA · ~1 DAY/WEEK · EQUITY (NEGOTIATED)

Own architecture and technical strategy across an unusually broad surface — perception, robotics, ML, edge systems and platform. You'll make the load-bearing calls (hardware abstraction, model runtime, edge deployment, on-prem vs cloud), set the engineering bar, and help recruit the founding team.

Critical requirement: you have personally taken a real-time perception or autonomy system 0→1 and operated it in the real world — and can own the architecture under a fixed deadline.

Computer Vision Engineer

3 OPENINGS · REMOTE · PART-TIME (~2 DAYS/WEEK) · $5K/MO + 0.75% EQUITY

Part-time to start (~2 days/week, remote), scaling to full-time as we grow. Three complementary tracks that together cover our full perception stack. You'll work on real sensor data and its messiness — calibration drift, depth noise, motion blur, multi-view ambiguity — and own the path from research idea to tested, benchmarked, deployed module running in real time on the edge.

Critical requirement: you ship production-grade, tested code that runs in real time on real sensor data at the edge — not research notebooks. Fresh PhDs welcome; non-PhD candidates need equivalent depth via a record of shipped real-world CV systems.

Pilot Intern — Robotics / Field Ops

ON-SITE · SF BAY AREA (HAYWARD OR SANTA CLARA) · LOCAL ONLY · $4–5K/MO

Hands-on, not research. You'll work on-site with the founder to bring our sensor rig up, run it in the field, and collect the real-world data and failures that make the product better — assembling the rig, running camera and camera↔IMU calibration, capturing datasets, and logging failures cleanly.

Critical requirement: you've built and debugged a real sensor robot — not just simulated one — and you're comfortable in ROS 2, Linux/SSH and Jetson-class devices.

Pilot Intern — Software / Data / Tooling

ON-SITE · SF BAY AREA (HAYWARD OR SANTA CLARA) · LOCAL PREFERRED · $4–5K/MO

Our pilots generate a lot of raw runs — sensor logs, detections, calibration outputs. You'll build the pipelines, eval harnesses, dashboards and automation that turn those runs into clean, measurable signal. You're the person who asks "how do we know it actually worked?"

Critical requirement: strong Python and real software discipline — tests, CI, clean repos. You turn messy real-world runs into reproducible, measurable signal.
